I’ll never forget how lost Nancy looked when I met her via Zoom for the journey into her soul.

She said “I feel like I have no direction, purpose or energy and am dealing with big emotional blocks. I’m burned out. I’m ready to clear this mental fog, heal, grow, and move fully into my life’s purpose.”

Nancy is a nurse and told me she was struggling with unexplained medical issues. I sensed her sadness immediately. It was clear that a black cloud had been lying over her heart since the day she was born.

I picked up on her burnout immediately, but my intuition told me it had nothing to do with being a nurse. She was carrying heavy energy from many years ago.

After guiding her through a short meditation, we started the journey into her soul. I sent her Reiki healing energy to help her relax and safely open up. A memory surfaced of when she lost a pregnancy at an early age.

Once we identified where this emotional pain was trapped in her body, she was able to release the grief she’d carried for so long and open her heart to love.

The inner shift was immediate. “I feel as if a big rock had been lifted,” she said when she opened her eyes. The card she chose confirmed the shift. “It is time for you to get in touch with your emotions and give them a voice,” it said.

We reconnected again years later, and she sounded like an entirely different person. She was happy and had finally welcomed joy back into her life.

She felt better physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whatever shift occurred when we took the journey into her soul shifted things on a very deep level.

I can humbly say that almost all the women who take a journey into their soul with me experience profound healing.

I am always full of gratitude witnessing people’s lives change once they connect with the three levels of wisdom and receive answers to the big questions in their lives.
