The Beacons of Change Reiki Master Program

Heal yourself. Heal others. Heal the world.

For Reiki Level 2 Practitioners

One Day Reiki Master Class and Graduation
Nov 7, 2020 (Atlanta), Nov 15, 2020 (New York)

Bridge Training starts 3 months before class

Most of the students who enroll in our Master Program have no intention of teaching Reiki.

Most of our students enroll in the program because they want to bring healing to themselves, others, and the earth.

This program places emphasis on developing the student’s Reiki skills, deepening the connection with Reiki as a healing and a spiritual practice, and creating a lifestyle of Reiki.

The program consists of private mentoring sessions, homework assignments, three 60-minute bridge training live video calls, and a full day of class and graduation in Atlanta or New York.

A satisfactory completion of all assignments is required for graduation.

The training is done by Michal Spiegelman, Reiki Master and the founder of Beacons of Change. Michal has attuned more than 1500 people to Reiki, and she has been living and breathing Reiki since 1996.

Living on this planet provides us with many opportunities to test our emotional boundaries. We must find ways to keep our bubble strong and our vibration high, even with devastating news and negativity around us.

As beacons, it is our sacred responsibility to upshift, uplift, and elevate energetically so we can face life’s challenges from a spiritual place.

Becoming a Reiki Master means raising your vibration and accepting responsibility for living by the Reiki principles. To be kind. To release anger and worry. To make a difference.

You don’t have to teach Reiki to make a difference. Simply going through the Master attunement and increasing the strength of your Reiki energy empowers you to be the beacon that you are meant to be.

Here’s what’s included in the Master Program:

Private Mentoring
Private mentoring calls will be scheduled with each student at the beginning of the program and during the three months of the program, according to personal needs.

Bridge Training

The bridge training serves as the bridge between our Reiki 2 training and our Reiki Master class.

The training includes developing skills, raising confidence, and practicing techniques in the three pillars of Reiki: self-treatments, in-person treatments of others, and distant treatments. The training also includes exploring deep spiritual Reiki principles and learning to live life “the Reiki way.”

At the end of the bridge training, students are ready to produce powerful healing and to deepen their understanding of Reiki as a spiritual practice.

There are three group mentoring video calls. The group mentoring calls are recorded, and if you have to miss a call, you can watch the recording. You’ll get more out of the program if you join the calls live since your questions will be answered on the spot. We expect you to join at least two of the three calls live.

One-Day Reiki Master Class and Graduation

The one-day class includes:

  • Instruction and practice of the Master technique
  • Usui Reiki Master symbol and attunement process, which allows you to tap into the Master level energetic vibration
  • Practice of the attunement processes for each level so you can attune other people to Reiki
  • Development of Reiki and goal-manifesting meditation practices
  • Hands-on guided practice of a full treatment that integrates other modalities to expand your healing skills
  • Michal’s comprehensive Reiki teaching manual for all levels and instruction in the basics of teaching Reiki
  • Guidance for developing your Reiki business and for integrating Reiki fully into your family and personal life

Reiki Master certificates will be given at the end of the class.

So many wonderful things have been happening, and I am consciously
holding onto this feeling of joy and gratitude so I can manifest more!

In less than a week since I became a Reiki Master, a bunch of wonderful things has been happening, including five new paying clients for my Reiki and life-coaching practices; a secondary job offer that is really  meaningful to me; and an unusually busy (in a good way!) week at my day job. I am consciously holding onto this feeling of joyful excitement and gratitude and thinking of it as I do self-Reiki so that I can manifest more!

Reiki has cleared space and propelled me forward to live my best life

After I became a Reiki Master, I released some of the jealousy, envy, comparison, and grief that had bubbled up during the level two detox. I was finally able to vocalize my experience to the friend around whom I had those feelings, and it was so healing for us both. My heart opened more. I shed tears. I left the conversation feeling relieved of a huge burden and closer to my friend.

Doors continue to open. A family member I have never had a close relationship with unexpectedly requested a session. I have shared Reiki with colleagues, friends, roommates, my yoga students, neighbors, strangers, the spaces I enter, and the creatures I interact with.

It is so fulfilling to serve as a vessel for others who need support, and I love that I can simply show up and be open, intentional, and willing to let the Reiki flow through me.

While I first experienced a lot of doubt along my Reiki path, the more I reflect on my journey, the more I am able to see the many ways in which Reiki has cleared space and propelled me forward to live my best life.

I really liked the Bridge Training Group video calls.

It was great to see my fellow Reiki practitioners and to meet them at the end of the program during the one day in-person class. It felt so comfortable to gather on the calls with like-minded people who attended the Reiki 1 and 2 classes with me and made it much easier for me to speak up. In our discussion groups, it was awesome to hear that the other women were struggling with the same things as me. It really is a sisterhood. I don’t think I have ever enrolled in a program that valued support so much.

I have felt a burst of energy flowing through me since I became a Reiki master.

Experiencing the process of attunement, receiving the Master symbol, exchanging thoughts and ideas with a close community of Reiki students—all of these things have contributed to the burst of energy flowing through me since I became a Reiki Master. I have started giving Reiki to myself every morning as I ride the bus to work, and it makes me feel more centered throughout the day.

Michal Spiegelman with Phyllis Furumoto at a workshop in New York City

Before the passing of Grand Master Phyllis Furumoto, granddaughter of Grand Master Hawayo Takata, in March 2019, I had the honor of spending a day with her in New York.

Phyllis was born in Texas in 1948. She learned Reiki from her grandmother and made the commitment to continue a path of Reiki and mastery. In December 1980, Hawayo Takata died, leaving 22 Reiki Masters including her granddaughter.

Below is a quote from Grand Master Furumoto, written in her handwriting during a workshop in New York in November 2018:

Below is a quote from Grand Master Furumoto, written in her handwriting during a workshop in New York in November 2018:

Grand Master Phyllis Furumoto
After spending time with Grand Master Furumoto, I felt a deep sense of appreciation for having Reiki as my spiritual practice—my guiding light—for so many years.

I chose to make Reiki my spiritual practice.
I can only hope that you will choose to make it your spiritual practice as well.

I am here, ready, and willing to be your guide in the journey to becoming a Reiki Master and shining your light in the world in a bigger way.
