Intentional Living:
A Radical Self-Care Day Retreat for Women
Atlanta, April 22, 2018
Practicing radical self-care is not selfish.
Self-care is a necessity and a sacred responsibility.
Challenge the legacy of overdoing and self-sacrifice that has been passed down through generations of women.
No wonder you’re convinced that taking good care of yourself is selfish. You grew up believing that self-sacrifice is part of your role as a woman, and, as a result, you feel guilty every time you make yourself a priority.
Embrace your sacred responsibility
Here is what I know for sure:
- You have so much to give, but it’s impossible to give anything if your cup is empty.
- To contribute to the world and embrace your bigger purpose, you must take time for yourself to keep your cup full.
- Engaging in radical self-care is a choice that aligns you with your spiritual journey.
Radical self-care is not about getting a massage or doing your nails (even though both are pleasurable self-care activities!) You can add the word ?radical? to self-care when you do the inner work. You practice compassion. You talk nicely to yourself. You love yourself. You say the truth. You stand up and roar. You don’t allow anything or anyone to dim your light. You shine brighter when you care for yourself. You learn how to say NO to others so you can say YES to yourself.
The purpose of the?
Radical Self-Care Retreat for Women
is to inspire you with new self-care practices and help you create your personalized radical self-care plan.
Michal is an amazing life beacon.
“Michal guided me to discover my own truths: “You are taken care of. You do not lack. When my energy is high, and my heart is open, my possibilities are endless!” With this reality, I am now on my path toward my best self and my destiny. Thank you!?

?Learning to identify my patterns and blocks was huge because I now can step out of my old patterns and behaviors. Michal has an elegant ability to calmly help me see my inner work, but at the same time, she’s been able to hold me accountable firmly, and that’s what helped me to move forward.?
It has given me more personal power to choose how I want to feel.
?I am so grateful for the awareness I have gained since attending your workshop! I find myself actively checking in with how I am feeling and what I am thinking on a regular basis. And the best part is when I find myself victimhood mode, I recognize it and I can make a conscious choice to move up to a higher level.??
