We shared a lovely opening meditation with Michal, then we chose an inspirational card and discovered that they had a personal message for each one of us. We discussed the message we received with our partner and how it resonated with what we were going through in our lives. A lively dance helped to integrate what we learned.

I enjoyed the entire afternoon and loved connecting with my partner. My biggest takeaways from the workshop were shifting my perspective, learning to lighten up, and choosing joy and happiness.”
