The transition from one year to another opens the door for awakening, change, growth and rejuvenation.
The next two weeks, being the last week of the old year and the first week of the new, are the perfect time for a yearly reflection: looking back at your successes, your failures, everything you learned, and remembering moments when you were connected to your true self.
We all tend to focus on what we haven’t done. Things that could have gone better. We can certainly learn from our mistakes, but looking back is only meaningful if it serves a bigger purpose of self-acknowledgment, self-love and cultivating hope and willingness for the future.
I would like to offer you two ways for reflection and rejuvenation as a free gift. The first way is through thinking and writing with my ?New Year Reflection Guide?. It’s a set of questions for you to think about and answer for yourself. The second way is a Guided Meditation that will connect you with your inner wisdom and help you process the past year.
Choose one or use both. It’s up to you.
