Fall 2026 Retreat Experience
Step away from the noise. Come home to yourself.
A five-day retreat in the North Georgia mountains. A weekend of soul-care for women, followed by a Reiki renewal retreat. Come for the full week, or for the part that’s calling you.
October 9–13, 2026 · Unicoi State Park & Lodge · Helen, Georgia
From $595 (single part) · $995 (full experience) · payment plans available.
An intimate group of 25 women.
And somewhere underneath all of it, there’s a quieter voice you keep meaning to listen to. A nudge that says, not like this. Not anymore.
Maybe you’re at a crossroads — in your work, your relationships, a decision that won’t land. Maybe you’re in the middle of a season of change, and you want to know what’s actually yours and what’s other people’s. Maybe you’ve tried so many things, and you’re ready for something deeper than another strategy.
Wherever you’re meeting yourself right now, you’re not behind. You’re not broken. You’re at a turning point. And there’s a path through it.
This fall, we’re holding a five-day retreat in the North Georgia mountains. A weekend of soul-care for women, followed by a Reiki renewal retreat — one continuous journey of returning to yourself, with practice and community to bring it home. You’re welcome for the full experience, or for the part that’s calling you.
This is a space to arrive as you are, reconnect with yourself, and be supported in good company.
“I experienced a profound sense of well-being after the retreat.
This weekend gave me a deep sense of calm in my body, mind, and soul. The natural flow of the retreat allowed me to let go of outside pressures and feel truly nurtured. I left feeling lighter, more open, and more connected to myself and others.”
What you’ll experience over the five days
The full retreat is one continuous arc. The weekend opens you up.
The Reiki days give you space to connect with Reiki energy, explore supportive practices, and experience the strength of a Reiki-centered community. Sunday afternoon, between the two, is unstructured — time to walk, rest, integrate, or simply be in the mountains.
If you’re already making the trip, staying for the full week is a natural choice. Once you’re at the lodge, in the rhythm, with the women you’ve met, continuing through Tuesday is more invitation than decision.
The Soul-Care Weekend · Friday – Sunday
Theme: Guided From Within
You’ve spent a long time being the one who holds it together. Who plans, decides, accommodates, holds space for everyone else.
This weekend you finally get to put that down.
Three days in the mountains at the lake to slow the pace, soften the noise, and reconnect with the part of you that already knows. Not by figuring it out. By listening to what’s been there all along.
This part of the retreat is for you if:
- You’re at a crossroads — in your work, your relationships, a decision that won’t seem to settle
- You’re navigating a transition (a parent’s care, your own health, a role at home that’s shifting, a season ending)
- You’ve tried so many things and you’re ready for something deeper than another strategy
- You want to feel like yourself again — grounded, alive, guided from within
- You’re craving a real circle of women who get it, and an experienced guide.
What you’ll experience:
Embodied Mindfulness
Embodying Your Soul Qualities
Soul Dialogue - Receiving Guidance from Within
A guided journaling practice for opening a real conversation with your soul. You’ll learn how to ask meaningful questions, listen beneath the mind, and receive guidance that feels grounded, personal, and true.
Lake Ceremony - Release and Bless
A sacred outdoor ceremony for releasing what you’re ready to let go of and blessing what you’re ready to welcome. A meditative walk, time in nature, smoke clearing, and ritual on the deck.
Essential Oils for Inner Connection
Awakening Your Soul Fire
Soul Wisdom Cards
Gentle Morning Yoga (optional)
Playfulness isn’t a waste of time. I left with a renewed appreciation for childlike wonder and for nurturing my inner child.
The encouragement to laugh, be silly, and create was exactly what I needed. Every detail—from the bubbles to the crown to the Earth Mandala—was so thoughtful.”
Morning gathering by the lake
Sunday afternoon · A pause between
The Soul-Care weekend ends Sunday at 2:00 pm. For those staying through, the afternoon is open. No sessions, no schedule. Just time to walk the trails, sit by the lake, nap, journal, or share a quiet meal with someone you’ve met. The Reiki retreat begins Sunday evening.
Mindful walk in nature
A moment of stillness by the lake
Theme: Respark Your Reiki Practice
Reiki is a long path. The first months after attunement, the energy is alive, the daily practice feels effortless, the lineage feels close. Then life happens. Practice gets quieter. The same hand positions, the same self-treatment. Some weeks it lands. Other weeks it doesn’t.
This part of the retreat is for the moments in between.
Two and a half days to come back to your practice, just as yourself. With other practitioners. In nature. With Reiki at the center.
Reiki connection in community
This Reiki part of the retreat is for you if:
- You’re a Reiki Level 1, Level 2, or Master who wants to bring fresh energy back to your practice
- Your daily Reiki has gone quiet, and you want to come home to it again
- You want to expand beyond the standard self-treatment with new tools and creative approaches
- You have no experience with Reiki, but you’re ready to experience it firsthand in a supportive setting
- You want to practice in a circle of fellow practitioners
Note: This part of the retreat is also open to those who haven’t yet trained in Reiki. The activities are designed to be experienced, not just taught — you don’t need an attunement to feel what’s possible.
What you’ll experience:
Root, Rhythm, and Reiki at the Lake
Creative Ways to Respark Your Reiki Practice
Reiki for Chakra Harmony
Reiki Share and Group Reiki
Reiki Gratitude Ceremony
Gentle Morning Yoga (optional)
Coming for just part of it?
The full retreat is the heart of what we’re offering this fall. But life is real, and not everyone can take five days off in October. Both parts are designed to be complete on their own — you can come for one and leave with what you came for.
Soul-Care Retreat · Friday – Sunday
Reiki Renewal Retreat · Sunday – Tuesday
If your schedule or season calls for one part rather than both, that’s a real choice too. Come for what fits.

“I was touched by the vulnerability and complete acceptance of all of us by all of us.
For the first time, I didn’t just know I could live by my soul’s guidance—I felt it deeply. That knowing is now part of me. The acceptance in this group was profound. Every woman was met with honesty and compassion, and it reminded me that vulnerability is strength and connection is healing.”
“The ability to share and hold space for others touched me deeply.
The greatest gift I’m taking with me is the grace of community—the ability to share and hold space for others touched me deeply. I also feel immense gratitude for the support that made it possible for me to experience such freedom and soul expression. “Tapping into my inner Queen and being in nature was beautiful.
Contributing to the Earth Mandala and witnessing the beauty we created together was powerful—it felt like watching our souls take shape in nature. The sense of community and shared intention filled me with gratitude. And great playlist!”
“I returned home feeling restored in body, mind, and spirit.
It was the perfect blend of rest, nature, and soulful fellowship—everything we crave but rarely make time for. Listening to stories of resilience and strength from other women was both inspiring and comforting.”
