How Reiki Supports Emotional Balance

When emotions are intense or overwhelming, it’s easy to become ungrounded. You might feel reactive, anxious, shut down — or simply disconnected from yourself.

Reiki helps by creating a calm, regulated internal space. During a session or self-practice, your nervous system shifts into parasympathetic mode, where the body begins to slow down, soften, and repair.
