Give yourself permission to be Human; even superheroes deserve to rest!

By Michal Spiegelman

I am a proud mom of two amazing young adults, who I love very much. When they’re happy, I’m happy (and yes, I know that my happiness shouldn’t be dependent upon anybody else but myself!)

I enjoy watching them finding their own ways, becoming who they are meant to be, making mistakes, being successful, failing, having courage and being scared, all at the same time; living life.

For Mother’s day, I am not looking for gifts. Instead, I would like to give one.

I would like to give a gift to my son and my daughter, to my husband, my siblings, my friends and to you. I would like to give a gift to any human being out there.

The gift of permission.

Please allow yourself to spend 5 minutes watching this video and share this message with people you love.

What you’ll see might not be perfect, but it comes from my heart.

Sometimes guilt is good

Have you ever heard of healthy guilt? Unhealthy guilt is toxic, but healthy guilt is a spiritual practice that helps us to recognize which of our values is taking priority. A “lazy” morning watching tv recently put my sense of both to the test.
