I know that some of you imagine me spending all my free time meditating or reading inspirational books. Yes, I do that, but not always! Like the rest of us I cook, take the garbage out, do the dishes, and here is my confession: I watch American Idol addictively.

I enjoy the music, I enjoy the entertainment, but more than anything ? I enjoy the passion. Those singers, some of them only 16, 17 years old are 100% engaged, excited and enthusiastic about living their life purpose. They connect to their hearts and they fully express themselves. There is more: they are completely present and in-the-moment, like nothing else exists.

When I watch them at the end of the song, breathless, tears in their eyes, overwhelmed with a sense of joy, I know the simple truth: their energy level determines their success.

And the same truth is true for me and for you.

• The higher your level of energy is the more productive, peaceful, powerful and healthy you become.
• The higher your level of energy is the easier it is for you to attract what you want.
• The higher your level of energy is the more passionate you are about your life.

What’s my point? I don’t expect you to audition for American idol. (Of course you can if you want!)

I expect you to listen to this voice inside of you, to take action NOW to raise your energy level, take your next step and BE all that you want.
