How to stop feeling so exhausted after work so you can enjoy your evenings

By Michal Spiegelman

No, I’m not going to tell you just to sleep longer. While it’s important to get quality rest when you’ve tried everything, aren’t you sick and tired of constantly feeling tired?

Many people say there is no formula, that it just “is what it is.” Well…I think there is one.

There is a formula for getting rid of your exhaustion and fatigue.

Here’s a hint: a Rubik’s Cube is an excellent metaphor for the formula I’m about to share with you.

But before you watch the vlog, here’s my personal confession…

Lately, I noticed that when I finish coaching, mentoring, and teaching at the end of the day, I have zero energy left for a nice evening routine. I’d love to have a conversation with my husband, paint, listen to music, read-but I just don’t have it in me.

I had to pause and ask myself some serious questions.

Is this how I want to live, being so tired after work I just want to go to bed?

Does spending my evenings in exhausted silence align with my vision for my life?
In other words: What is happening?!?

Remember, I never teach myself what I don’t need to learn (or re-learn).

Back to the Rubik’s Cube and the formula for getting rid of exhaustion…

Watch the vlog and learn how to stop ending your day exhausted and start enjoying your evenings.
