One of the women I mentor asked me whether the whole world had become more emotional or if it was only her. She said she feels more triggered than ever, and her sensitivity is on high alert.

She’s not the only one—many of us ride waves of emotions. I’ve been writing, speaking, and teaching about the importance of being mindful of our emotions. Making space for embracing all feelings is essential, especially if you habitually tend to avoid them.

How do you build resilience while honoring yourself and your needs?
How do you balance strength and softness?

The powerful metaphor and practice I present in this vlog will tell you exactly how to do that.

Watch the video, and share your takeaways in the comments area.
