A few weeks ago, I noticed that I was feeling more tired than usual. The fatigue was not only physical. It was mental and emotional exhaustion as well. Considering how truly devoted I am to my daily practices, I was surprised. Was my grounding routine no longer effective? I took my questions to my “support team” and got the clarity I needed. Realizing that I was giving away more than I was taking in was just part of the answer. The clarity and understanding I gained led me to new action. Today? I feel restored.
