Life is an adventure. Get back in the saddle!

By Michal Spiegelman

I don’t have a lot of experience riding horses, and it’s not even on my bucket list. But I got really inspired when a woman I was coaching shared a vivid image that came up for her as I took her through a guided visualization.

I should probably step back and explain that her focus for the session was to find her bigger purpose. She said that she had lost her spark. She had a good job, but she didn’t love it, and she needed some clarity. She wasn’t sure if she was meant to stay in her job or leave the company and do something more purposeful.

When she opened her eyes, I asked her to share what came up during the guided visualization. The most surprising image was of herself riding a horse. She loved riding horses when she was little, but it had been many years since she had done it.

I asked a few questions to help her understand the meaning of her visualization, and the metaphor became clear. Riding a horse made her feel light and free and allowed her to see her life as an adventure.

By the end of the session, her energy had shifted completely, and a few ?aha!? moments led her to the following understanding: She didn’t need to change her job or to make any other major change in her life. She needed to change her attitude and start seeing life as an adventure. The bigger purpose she thought would take a long time and deep work to find became obvious when she tapped into her inner wisdom and connected to the light within her.

The bottom line:

There are times when the change you want to create is simpler than you think.

You don’t have to change your job, your living situation, or your relationships.
You need to create a mental change. Shift your energy, and things will fall into place.

But here is the key:

Even when the answer you seek is right in front of you, you are not always able to see it clearly on your own.

I can humbly say that one of the things I am known for is my ability to help other women quickly tap into their inner wisdom and get the clarity they need!

I don’t tell you what to do.
I tap into my own wisdom and intuition, and let it speak.
I hold the space for you to connect with your wisdom and intuition and find the answers within yourself.

It is not my ego that speaks right now.
It is my heart and soul that are leading me on this path to embolden women to live as the beacons they are meant to be.

Beloved, when you were young, you ran barefoot, rode horses, flew kites, and played hide and seek. Your world was filled with possibilities, risks, wonder, games, and experiments. Adulthood pulled you away from that adventurous spirit as responsibilities and obligations took over.

Is it time for you to jump back on the horse?

Is it time for you to remove the blocks that prevent you from living life as one big adventure?

What would it look like if you were able to find the adventure in your work (even if you don’t love it, and you only do it to pay your bills)?

How would you feel if you approached challenges and relationships with a sense of fearlessness and excitement?

My Beacons of Change Method rings bell after bell, turns on lightbulb after lightbulb, and leads to one ?aha!? moment after another.

Let me help you challenge your limitations and remove your barriers. Let me hold the space for you to bring back your spark and reconnect with the joy of adventure.

Give yourself permission to join me and four other lucky women for a full day of in-depth work in Atlanta or New York.

VIP Day is limited to only five women and will fill up fast, so please?email me quickly. As soon as I hear from you, I will contact you to schedule a time to chat.

Let’s take this adventure together, beloved. Are you ready?

Sometimes guilt is good

Have you ever heard of healthy guilt? Unhealthy guilt is toxic, but healthy guilt is a spiritual practice that helps us to recognize which of our values is taking priority. A “lazy” morning watching tv recently put my sense of both to the test.
