You want to make BIG change in your life. You have known it for a long time. Maybe it’s your relationships. Your love life. Your career. It might be your relationship with yourself. Your desire to feel more confident. To stop doubting yourself. To be happier and live your purpose.
You make progress. You move forward. But that progress is small. Frankly, you are not that far from where you were a year ago.
You start to wonder if you’ll ever get to the finish line. You find excuses: “Maybe I should wait until my kids grow up.” “Maybe now is not the right time.”
But deep in your heart you know that you want to feel worthy and do things that matter NOW, not later. Your inner goddess, that loving part of you who always knows what’s best, whispers, “Life is short. The only time is now”.
The problem: You are ready for a big change, but it’s just not happening for you.
The solution: Change the way you change.
Scrap the traditional formula for change.
Sure, the traditional formula for change works…sort of. It has been used and modified throughout the years by many modalities and schools of thought and philosophy. Some of the biggest motivational speakers of our time have repackaged it with their own personal spin. The formula goes like this:
You look for the block that is stopping you from getting from where you are now to where you want to be. You release the block. You create a higher vision. You take action to move from vision to reality.
Do you notice what’s missing from that formula? How do you release the block? How do you create a higher vision? How exactly do you get from that great vision to your new reality?
Let me tell you about a different formula for change that works much better.
The unique, outside the box, most effective formula for change
I know because I’ve used it myself. And I’ve used it with thousands of other women I have worked with. I call it simply the Triangle of Transformation.
And there are only 3 things you need to remember about the Triangle: Wisdom, Spirituality, and Power.
Side One: Wisdom Flow
Here is the thing, beloved: You know the truth! The only question is how you connect with this most real and authentic truth that already lies hidden deep within your subconscious.
For my workshops, classes, and private work with women, I have developed specific techniques to create space for inner and collective wisdom to flow so that each woman can find the answers she needs.
When we create a space for wisdom to flow, miracles happen.
Lightbulb: What can you do today to get out of your head and deepen your connection with the wisdom within you?
Side Two: Spiritual Connection
“We are not human beings having a spiritual experience; we are spiritual beings having a human experience.” —French philosopher Pierre Teilhard de Chardin
Spirituality means different things to different people. You might call it God, Higher Power, Source Energy, Universe, or Spirit. I believe that being a spiritual person means knowing that you are connected to a power greater than yourself.
I also believe that change is possible only when one deepens her spiritual connection. I have written about spirituality previously in this space. In one article, I answer a question that often comes up in my work: Do you have to be religious to be a spiritual person? In another, I share seven ways to find a spiritual connection.
Lightbulb: Have you ever had a moment of awe—maybe when your first child was born or when you stood at the top of the Grand Canyon and looked all around you? That’s spiritual connection. What makes you feel awe?
Side Three: Power Shift
Another essential element for change is a complete acceptance of yourself as a powerful human being, beacon, and source of light. Don’t let any situation or person dim your light.
When your husband gets on your nerves, your boss pisses you off, or your girlfriend disappoints your expectations, you get triggered. The state of affairs in the world right now might trigger you. You drop. You downshift. You lose your power. You give your power away. Of course, you do! You’re human! But here is the thing, beloved: Once you have the tools to reclaim your power, you will elevate. You will shift upward. You will stand tall, and you will feel on top of your game again.
It took me years to realize that thinking does not give you access to your body. You may think that you have released an emotion or a past trauma, but the truth is that it is still stored in your body. Therefore, embodiment must be part of this transformative work.
Lightbulb: What is a simple physical movement or shift in posture you can make to help elevate you on a physical level?
