Being fearful or anxious is normal during hard times. You wouldn’t be human if you weren’t afraid. Growing up, many of us felt unsafe to express emotions. We learned to see fear as a bad thing. The truth is that fear is simply a messenger.
As a person who has mastered ways to numb my feelings and fight them for most of my life, I can tell you that once I learned different ways to make friends with my “negative” emotions, I healed my emotional instability. I continue to welcome and manage my feelings every day.
The practice I present in this video helps me become mindful of my emotions daily.
