[Video] Creating emotional stability in hard times

by | Empaths' Resources

Being fearful or anxious is normal during hard times. You wouldn’t be human if you weren’t afraid. Growing up, many of us felt unsafe to express emotions. We learned to see fear as a bad thing. The truth is that fear is simply a messenger.

As a person who has mastered ways to numb my feelings and fight them for most of my life, I can tell you that once I learned different ways to make friends with my “negative” emotions, I healed my emotional instability. I continue to welcome and manage my feelings every day.

The practice I present in this video helps me become mindful of my emotions daily.

I know that you are being in service for other people every day, because of your profession, and you must take care of yourself, so you can take care of others. The world needs you right now! Sending you love.

Michal, this is outstanding. I did it curious to see what would emerge. It was so interesting and so helpful. I had 3 visitors come, calm, anxiety and hope. We had a beautiful conversation. I will definitely return to this meditation, with much gratitude to you and to your teacher.
