Ana recommends a daily practice of sitting and aligning your chakras, something I can relate to.

Ana shares yoga practices and yoga poses in her book as a way to listen to your body and release energy that is stuck in certain areas.
I love how she teaches you to breathe into the specific area that hurts and ask a question like: ?What part of my life is stuck here?? or ?What am I carrying here?? These practices help you to connect your inner spirit with your outer body
